Refund Policy

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@cosmyths.store.

 

Refund Process:

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

 

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item and place a new order for the desired item.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the damaged product and its packaging. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with a replacement or refund.
